Clean A Pool offers 30 day refunds on all purchases 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from Clean A Pool, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for refund or store credit.

Conditions:

You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to obtain RAN (Return Authority Number) in order to return the item.

The returned item has to be unused in its original condition and in original packaging.

Shipping costs are not refundable

All items attract 20% restocking fee.*

Customer is responsible for the return freight costs.*

Once we receive the returned item we will refund your payment within 5 business days.

*For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items restocking fee is not applicable and return freight costs are covered by Clean A Pool.
